Our client, a brilliant business based in melbourne is currently seeking a specialist to work with SCCM. The SCCM Consultant will perform the following activities:
Responsibilities:
- Manage software deployment, installation and updating of Windows Apps, legacy applications and Operating Systems across the enterprise, troubleshooting
- Software packaging and repackaging, which includes designing, migrating, installing and implementing of Application life cycle from Discovery, Packaging, UAT, Deployment, Support and documentation and process implementation for servers and desktops applications
- SCCM, WSUS, OS / Application (Software) / Package Deployment
- Windows 10 designing
- SCCM Co-Management
- Microsoft Intune knowledge
- Automate server patching operations over multiple regions and servers;
- Work on fully integrated multi-technologies and platform hardware solutions to deliver on alignment with the current architecture and effectively move to future architecture with minimal adverse impact.
- Collaborate to determine the extent to which solutions perform as required within the current environment to eliminate the cost of correcting implementation failures and service outages.
Skills and experience:
- Display a high level of customer service and follow proper ITIL Service Management methodologies
- Interact and work closely with stakeholders like, Project Managers, Program Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, Vendors, Executive and Senior Management, to ensure products are delivered with high level of customer satisfaction
- Participate in activities/meetings to evaluate new technology relevant to the project plan (project plan will be developed by team prior to start),
- Documents server operating processes and maintenance procedures, as well as, any other customized methods of design
- Provides technical assistance during the server migration
- Extensive SCCM experience in a medium to large size business
- Strong understanding of digital technology environments
- Degree qualified in Technology or related field
- Experience supporting enterprise class Windows server infrastructure
- ITIL foundation V3
