Skills:

• Extensive Technical Writing and Business analysis experience within the Healthcare IT sector.
• Solid experience in creation of a range of documentation relating to Service Management, Business Operational processes and end user product guides.
• Translating business requirements into functional specifications and effectively managing the execution of the specifications for a variety of application projects
• Preparing Business Case Documentation, Functional Specification Document, Use case scenarios, UAT test cases and End user release notes.
• Producing Product User Manuals for end users and conducting product walkthroughs to clients.
• Documenting Process Maps for projects to support business solutions.
• Experience using process mapping tools such as Visio and have an understanding of application development.
• Focus on customer centric design, user interviews and group workshops.
• Hands on experience in creating UML diagrams; Activity diagrams, Class Diagram, Use Case Diagram
• Process modelling (BPMN 2.0); As-Is, To-be, Mind-Maps, Fish-Bone diagram, RACI matrix, E-R diagram, UML, Dataflow diagram, SLAs and KPIs
• Strong Stakeholder management skills and Interpersonal Skills for driving consensus
• Extensive Quality Assurance experience, reviewing of test scripts.
• Strong understanding of SDLC process, Agile Methodology, SCRUM, LEAN practices.
• Advanced Microsoft SharePoint experience
• Strong knowledge and exposure to Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Visio and Outlook
