Service Delivery
- Ability to develop and managing the appropriate customer contract relationships relating to day-to-day operations while managing client expectations in conjunction with the account management team
- Day-to-day management of contracted service level agreements, acting as a delivery escalation point around priorities and problems ensuring resolution to client issues and concerns
- Working closely with the Customers to identify business requirements, and define service requirements for new products and services.
Project Management
- Provides end to end project management utilising multiple methodologies to maximise control and flexibility
- Proactively reviews assumptions and risks to minimise and mitigate any impact on the project or programmes deliverables
- Engages and informs stakeholders of progress against key deliverables through various focused communications forums.
Major Achievements
- Completed a high visibility project to tight timeframes and within budget and scope providing the Government with an automated delivery system for new hardware to over 80 agencies within the Singapore Government
- This new system allows a central location to purchase short term hardware for a specific time frame to increase or decrease the numbers of devices available to them
- Facilitated all activities relating to the project including suppliers, service/ business teams as well as the customer.
- Initiated a Six Sigma project to identify, transform and implement changes to close gaps within the management
- information processes used to invoice customers enabling settlements of multi-million pound billing queries
- Ensured that all stakeholders’ inputs were managed to allow easy and efficient implementation of the new processes, documentation and work flows within the business
- Key contact for implementing changes which lead to a dramatic decrease of over 100K per year in financial output.
