Skills:

• Extensive end to end Program Management covering all scale of Burberry’s retail system implementation, integrations or upgrades for various transformation program in JAPAC region/Brazil/Saudi
• Strong ability to leverage technical SAP/ POS understanding to benefit retail function with over 10 years of experience in SAP transformation program/full cycle implementation (IS-Retail, AFS, SD, MM, ABAP, Smartforms, BW and Digital platform)
• Process improvement for over 200 retail stores in JAPAC to improve store productivity; Subject matter expert (SAP/POS) to bridge IT and local market
• Solid SAP configuration experience; Detailed oriented in terms of testing, reviewing all SD/MM/IS- Retail test script, perform SAP testing, sign off testing prior business UAT; Ability to create test and training data in SAP (SD/MM/IS-Retail/AFS); Extend master data when required including master data interface between AFS and IS-Retail such as customer and pricing master data.

Lead a team of 11 people based in Hong Kong to support retail operations covering processes, SAP stock management, POS cash management and digital platform.

• Resource management and lead entire retail store ops SAP/ POS training. Key success:

Training in Mandarin to over 1000 China store users training which ran for 6 weeks consecutively including weekend aligning to training budget.

• SAP Retraining at Australia Sydney HQ (2012) – train store management team and stock keeper
• SAP shared service/ support experience coaching junior SD analyst (e.g. BASF Shared Service Centre, Novartis)
• Experienced gained from various industries like FMCG, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, luxury retail
