• Almost 7 years of strong experience working as a Senior Business Analyst.
• Engage with the product owner and stakeholders to create a product backlog.
• Facilitate estimation, prioritisation and planning sessions to define user stories, identify risk and external team dependencies.
• Gather business requirements through interviews, workshops and create functional specification.
• Assist Project Manager by running sprint planning and daily stand ups.
• Be a single point of contact for vendors and dev teams.
• Act as a conduit between business teams, stakeholders, vendors, project teams and support teams.
• Facilitate and run solution demo to get feedback from stakeholders.
• Perform User Acceptance testing and get sign off from the business team.
• Analyse current state and define future state process flows using BPMN 2.0.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC using Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban).
• Facilitate root cause analysis and derive solutions or work around.
• Create Requirements Traceability Matrix to get an end-to-end view of Features, Epics, user stories and test cases to ensure that all requirements defined are tested.
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA and other digital collaboration tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a structured workplace.
