- Agile, Waterfall and ITIL trained and experienced across cloud, switches, routers, racks, load- balancers, wintel, distributed computing, vmware, oracle servers, networks (cisco), database, storage, netbackup, security, monitoring, IBM Websphere, SAP.
Change Management:
- Expertise in use of change management tools to deliver project changes for achieving project benefits
- Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, IT Program, Project and Solutions experience
- Experience transitioning and delivering complex end to end infrastructure projects for enterprise-wide business applications within scope and time within budgets up to $5m.
Stakeholder Management:
- Adept at translating complex technical and commercial issues into an easy to understand way for the customer and non-technical stakeholders.
- Managing conflict in people and commercial situations in an open and collaborative manner.
- Reporting and presenting programs of projects to PMO, Project Steering committees, governance forums and Super-sessions with Senior Management.
