• Hands on experience on working with VMware ESXi 6 and Puppet automation tool.
• Designing, Installing and configuring of MySQL 5.0/5.1/5.5/5.6 and Oracle 9i/10g/11g/12c on various windows/Linux Platforms. Managed more than 100 MySQL DBs and 20 Oracle DBs
• Patching of MySQL/Oracle Databases, installing the latest PSU manually or by DBUA tool. MySQL upgrade from 5.1 to 5.5 and then 5.6.
• Extensive knowledge of installing, designing and configuring RHEL4/5/6/7 in IBM/HP PC servers, and VMware Server, Patches applied, RPM management in Red Hat satellite environment.
• A database specialist in Oracle 9i/10g/11g/12c and MySQL 5.1/5.5/5.6 management.
• Sound knowledge of LVM management, EXT3/4, GPFS, GLUSTER, NFS management.
• Familiar with IBM, HP and other PC servers and blade centre systems, as well as routers, fibre channel devices and storage.
• Mastering in Unix high – availability deployment, Linux RHCS, AIX HACMP, HP Service guard
• Solid understanding of the UNIX based operations system: understands paging and swapping,
• Interposes communication, devices and device drivers, can perform system analysis, tuning and troubleshooting.
