About Me
I have 27 years of IT industry experience, starting as a computer operator then becoming a technical consultant (Levels 1, 2 & 3) and more recently as the Infrastructure Manager. I also performed the IT Project Manager role for the installation and deployment of Windows 2003 & 2008 servers, Active Directory & desktop Operating Systems, all desktop, notebook & tablet replacement projects, IT infrastructure hardware & software upgrades and network equipment installation & replacement projects. I am also an IBM AS400 (iSeries) operator. I was a key team member of the installation of Windows Active Directory 2003, a key team member for the upgrade of the company's mail system to Exchange 2000 and later Exchange 2003 and also the team lead for the installation and deployment of the company's 15 server Citrix farm.
In addition to 27 years of IT industry experience, I am ITIL 2011 Foundations and Prince2 Foundations certified and I have a sound knowledge and experience with Microsoft operating systems & office applications, fixed & mobile voice & data services and Project Management.
