About Me
I am a trade-qualified telecommunications technician with knowledge and experience in data cabling and diagnosing/repairing network voice and data communication services.
Having recently acquired ‘Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator’ (RHCSA) and ‘LPIC-1 Systems Administrator’ credentials, I possess the requisite skills and expertise required to progress my career to Linux Systems Support Analyst/ Administrator/Engineer roles. This includes providing support around deployment, maintenance, monitoring and capacity planning for business critical Linux systems and infrastructure; and troubleshooting/resolving incidents and service requests.
Additional to the above, I am equipped with an array of professional skills that would enhance my effectiveness in any Systems Support Analyst/Administrator role including outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, excellent time management skills, (demonstrated) strong leadership abilities and importantly, the drive and passion to contribute to my employer’s organisational goals and objectives.
