I have been working for a digital agency in Melbourne, Australia for the past 3 years and have worked in the position of head developer for the past 12 months, leading a team of 4 developers within an organisation of 12 staff.

In my day to day duties I'm required to code across the stack, leading development of multiple websites as well as web and mobile applications, using a variety of technologies and frameworks to achieve the required result for each clients specific needs.

I'm hoping to find not only a place to work, but also a place to grow both technical skills and develop personally by working with new people and with new projects and tasks.
