Good knowledge and experience in tools and technologies including:
Troubleshooting and configuring IT systems Windows 7, Windows 10 and Office 2016
Administering user accounts; including setup, terminations and changes with Active Directory (e.g. password reset, apply Group Policy, creating and terminating user accounts etc.)
Managing and administrating SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Office 365 services
Email account management with MS Exchange Management Console
Installation, support and configuration of hardware, operating systems and applications
Registering domain names and configuring DNS settings
Build and deploy desktop and mobile devices and maintain asset registers
Identify, log and resolve technical problems with web, desktop and mobile applications and hardware devices
Windows deployment with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit
Non-technical skills
The ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels both within the organisation and externally, with a view of ensuring their expectations are met. Moreover, I have excellent organisational skills and capable of balance urgency with attention to detail.
