• Microsoft Windows environment: Professional knowledge of Windows XP/7/8.1/10, Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory developed through providing IT support in large organisation (more than 3000 users).
• Network skills: Deep understanding of network technologies: switching, routing, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN. Professional experience in implementing, troubleshooting and maintaining networks proven by industrial certification (CCNA).
• Hardware skills: Industry based experience in deployment, maintenance and repair of different hardware and peripheral equipment.
• SQL Database Environment: Experience with SQL using MS SQL, MySQL, and Amazon Aurora.
